Here are a few suggestions of where to go for Halloween costumes. There is absolutely no need to spend a lot of money renting or buying costumes (some of the most creative are ones that people just throw together). That being said, here are places where you can find masks, wigs, hats, props, you name it. Also, please keep in mind that it could be cold, so be prepared. Last year the question came up if a costume had to be scary (some parents didn’t want to frighten their kids). The answer is absolutely not! People dress up as clowns, cowboys, dogs, mermaids, you name it. Let your imagination be your guide!
